“My consultation was free and the wait/surgery time was a few weeks (I also joined the cancellation list).  My surgery was free as I was referred from the Gender Identity Clinic but the clinic is a private one. I had drains for a day.

I Stayed in hospital until the next morning and I had to wear a post op binder for about 4/6 weeks. I only had a slight infection in my nipple otherwise everything else was fine. No revisions were needed.

The overall experience was lovely. The assisting nurses before surgery and before I went in for surgery were lovely and talkative which helped me with nerves. They made sure to check up on me regularly for food and when I needed the toilet.”
